| HOW TO CLEAN ACRYLIC Windows:
1. Acrylic can be scratched with a rough cloth, harsh soap or household
chemicals, i.e. fertilizers, pesticides and harsh cleaning products.
2. Use a non-abrasive mild soap or detergent with luke warm water.
Using a soft sponge, cloth chamois apply light pressure and rinsing
often.
3. Grease and oil may be removed with kerosene or aliphatic naphtha.
Do not use solvents, window sprays or kitchen scouring compounds.
4. Windows and Screens should be rinsed off once a month to prevent
residual chemical build-up that may cause crazing,(small spider
web cracks), that will not be covered by warranty.
1. Tracks have to be vacuumed with soft brush attachment or cleaned
with warm water every 90 days to remove sand and dirt.
2. After cleaning, horizontal sliding windows require a fine lubricating
spray in the tracks to insure smoother sliding. However, vertical
units should not be lubricated.
